Expect your ex-spouse to get an attorney when you start the process of reducing your alimony. Your ex will also have to file a financial affidavit and accurately disclose his or her financial situation. At this point, you might have to go to court or you might have to enter into mediation to work out the lowered amount of alimony, if it is to be lowered. You could also request mediation, which is usually cheaper if it’s possible to work out your differences that way. If your situation hasn’t changed but your spouse’s has, if she remarries or gets a large pay raise for instance, you should also contact a lawyer about how to reduce alimony.

Cross country skiers have not been neglected; Nordic enthusiasts will find 40 kilometers of trails awaiting them. There are downhill runs for all levels of skier or snowboarder, of course, but advanced skiers won’t feel at all compromised or neglected. That’s just not the Sun Valley way!

In keeping with that motto, and to provide their guests with every possible desire, Sun Valley Idaho has recently added a terrain park and beautiful state-of-the-art super-pipe, which is maintained by a Zaugg Pipe Monster. The ski and snowboard Superpipe is on the skier’s left side, below Race Arena. At 425 feet long, and with walls at approximately 18 feet tall, this terrain feature meets competition standards. Also added are four rails and a wall-ride, a 23 foot C-rail, a 35 foot Flat Box, a 10 foot flat, a 15 foot down-rail, and a 20 foot square rail. The wall ride is 8 x 16 feet. The two rebel provinces have been claiming independence from Georgia for a long time, so why is it just now that Georgia decided to invade those breakaway provinces? Is it because some 30,000 people have fled South Ossetia and Abkhazia, left to the safety and protection of Russia? Why is it just now that Mikheil Saaskashvili decided to invade these territories – and during the Olympic Games as well?

The Americans are there to protect the flow of oil and because the Russians are backing the people of South Ossetia. This is about the same as the U.S. Civil war, where North and South Carolina were on opposite sides of the dividing lines. North Ossetia is in Russia, South Ossetia is wearing the rebel colors, struggling to be free of Georgia. It seems entirely reasonable that they should be allowed to go back home, and to be able to govern themselves as they see fit. If America is for Freedom, maybe it’s time for America to start supporting the victims in South Ossetia instead of covering their friends’ oil supply line.
